Subcontract Inspection
Subcontract inspection can be performed in house by one of our experienced application engineers using one of our manual or CNC CMM's. To assess your requirements we need a sample component and engineering drawing, or in the case of reverse engineering, just the sample component. Results can be formatted and returned to you in most formats.
Several machines are available for inspection but please call to ensure we have capacity to accommodate your components.

In-house Medium to Large components
Having a capacity of 1000mm x 660mm x 660mm our CNC CMM can accommodate most medium sized components. The machine can be programmed for multiple inspection reducing the cost of repeat and batch items. This machine runs various inspection packages to allow us to use the Inspection Software most suitable to your needs.
In-house Small to Medium Components
A smaller but more accurate machine is with a capacity of 300mm x 400mm x 300mm is also available. This machine also runs all of our application packages to allow flexibility to meet your inspection needs.
On-site or In-house Inspection
If it is onsite inspection you require then we can use our portable measuring arm. This has a capacity of up to 1200mm and can be used In-house or On-site at your facility.
