Due to the flexible nature of all of our CMM systems we are able to offer various Inspection application software. This can be tailored to match your requirements for performance and cost.

In some cases the Inspection software can be connected to your existing control system without the need to upgrade unless required due to performance requirements.

CMM Manager

CMM Manager is a task-oriented, highly intuitive measurement software package for your CMM's. It is a fully integrated environment supporting walk-in quick measure, one-click CAD-measure, collision free CAD-teach, virtual simulation, real-time verification, advanced path planning, CAD alignment and datum alignment.

CMM Manager also offers you flexible yet easy to use functionality, including graphical probe configuration management, automatic tip calibration, cross section scanning and hole pattern measurement.

Available in two levels, Professional for people using full CAD integration, and Standard for those who do not use CAD and do not want purchase functionality which will not be used.

Direct Connection to your current CMM Controller.

In many cases CMM Manager can connect directly to your existing CMM without the added expense of updating your machine controller or manual interface.
