ISO-TECH Produce latest revision of height gauge.
This is the latest version of the ISO280 Height gauge.
It is supplied as standard with linear compensation, adjustable height and, counterbalanced for ease of use. The Height gauge allows for easy access into vertical bores unlike many side mounted height gauges.
It is supplied with a 0.001mm resolution readout incorporating an internal 0.001mm resolution digital non contact scale system to reduce failure due to mechanical wear.
It is mounted on a large 450mm x 300mm base having a central access area due to the offset mounting position.

UKAS Accreditation to ISO 10360-2:2009 for Cordinate Measuring Machines
Following a short period of re-structuring ISO-TECH now have UKAS accreditation for the Calibration of Co-ordinate Measuring Machines to the latest ISO 10360-2:2009 and have appointed external quality consultants QTP to help maintain and improve our quality system.
UKAS Accreditation for Articulated Measuring Arms
ISO-TECH gained UKAS accreditation for the Calibration of Articulated Measuring Arms on the 4th February 2011.
ISO-TECH are one of only a few of companies in the UK capable of offering UKAS accredited calibration of articulated measuring arms such as FARO, CIMCORE and Romer.
Working to the new ISO 10360-2:2009 the procedure can be performed at our location in Derby or at our customers location.

ISO-TECH Extend range of Contract Inspection
To meet the demands of our customers ISO-TECH now have added a 3 metre Inspection arm.
This equipment was purchased to enable us to offer our customers in-house or on-site inspection of larger components.
The onsite service is available where component may be difficult or expensive to ship but require a dimensional inspection report or just to verify the components meet the required specification

Interhaze Global Solutions purchase ISO-TECH Calibration Services Limted in July 2010. The aim of this purchase is to expand the capability of ISO-TECH moving forward into new areas of inspection making use of the latest technology and equipment.
